Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing iPlus Care for your shopping needs. We want you to have a hassle-free experience, and that’s why we offer a 30-day return period on most of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Please read our refund and refund policy carefully to avoid any later hassle.
30-Day Return Period:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. During this time, you can return your item for any reason.
Return Policy:
If an item you received from iPlus Care is damaged, defective or it is the wrong item, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement, please follow this procedure:
Step 1: Contact customer service via email at support@brustbrew.com or leave a voice message through the phone number: +1 (719) 285-0273 to provide information.
Step 2: You will get confirmation mail or SMS is your request has been accepted and initiated. Make sure to give original, non-used, complete product for easy adn quick return.
Product can only be returned/ replaced if meet these criteria:
- The product is new, original, with attached price tag, product label and sticker (if any).
- It is not the special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
- Product can be only returned if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. We don’t accept returns in case the buyer changed their mind about a purchase.
- If you receive a defective product or wrong item, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
- The buyer needs to provide pictures (of the product, not the packaging) in case of a damaged product and videos in case of a non-functioning product (for products that are machines and equipment).
Product will be returned without shipping fees and restocking fees if this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
We will process and respond as soon as possible, with a maximum turnaround time of 2 business days from receiving your email.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once your refund is approved, you will receive a refund within 5-7 days.
- You will also receive a refund confirmation email from us stating that your order has been refunded and showing the refunded amount, the item refunded, and the account/card credited.
Refunds If Package Does Not Arrive:
On rare occasions packages get lost in transit. If your order does not arrive within our given timeframe specified on our Shipping & Delivery page, please let us know by emailing support@ipluscare.shop and we will contact our shipping line to see what happened with your package and where it is.
We also guarantee delivery or a full refund. If your package gets lost in transit and does not arrive within 7 business days from the date your package was shipped, we will confirm with the post office and will refund your order in full to your original method of payment. Which means you get back the entire amount you paid when ordering. Alternatively, upon the customer’s request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after all the processing times have passed, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ipluscare.shop and we will look into it and make sure you get your money or item.
Damaged or Changed Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product from us, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt to support@ipluscare.shop for a replacement item or a refund to be issued.
If you film the unpacking and prove that the item was broken/defective upon arrival, we will issue you a refund or send you a replacement immediately, allowing you to keep or discard the defective item without sending it back to us.
NOTE: Please be considerate when placing your order and make sure to choose the correct size, color, etc. for your product, to avoid any unnecessary returns or exchanges.
